The Good Sleep Guarantee
Mattresses come in all shapes and sizes, but our Good Sleep Guarantee covers them all. Buy a mattress from us and try it for 30 days. If after 30 days from delivery you are not 100% happy then let us know and we will exchange it for a different mattress of your choice.
The terms of The Good Sleep Guarantee:
- You must use the mattress for 30 days to allow the fillings and fibres to settle and adjust to your body.
- You must notify us between days 30 and 40 that you wish to make use of the Guarantee.
- You may select any alternative mattress from The Good Sleep Company.
- No refund will be offered if you select a cheaper alternative, however you will be liable to pay any difference should you select a more expensive product.
- Mattresses to be exchanged must be kept in good condition and an exchange under the Guarantee may be refused if the mattress is damaged, stained or marked.
- Proof of purchase must be shown.

Buy your mattress from us, have it delivered by us, try it for 30 days and if you decide it really isn't for you (although we are convinced that you will love it) then we will be happy to change it for a brand new one of your choice.
